Amy has been a wedding photographer since 2015, yet has been a photographer for over 10 years. With a background in Fashion and Travel photography, her wedding photography conveys a sense of adventure, yet are stylish and elegant.
Amy is a romantic at heart, so she enjoys learning about each couples unique journey together. She documents the wedding day in such a way, so that the bride and groom are not constantly bombarded with posing all day. She loves capturing moments of pure joy. Her favorite part of a wedding, is when the bride and groom enjoy their first moments as a married couple after the ceremony.
She loves weddings of every kind,whether they are large and festive; or small and intimate. She will happily climb on top of a mountain, run through meadows, or navigate through a busy city with her wedding day couples.
She is originally from the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. She studied photography at Portfolio Center, a top advertising school in Atlanta, Ga. She splits her time between Asheville and Atlanta. Amy has spent a significant amount of time in Italy, living in Florence, and exploring the Mediterranean.
